It is a two-step silane polyethylene insulating material, using high-quality polyethylene resin, adding imported silane coupling agent and initiator to prepare grafted polyethylene (material A), and using high-quality imported organotin catalyst, antioxidant, etc. to prepare black catalytic masterbatch (material B). The production uses
industry-leading loss-in-weight scales and extruders with uniform and stable formulations and reliable processes. It is used for insulating layer of overhead insulated cable up to 10kV. It has excellent extrusion performance, high surface finish, stable & reliable physical and chemical indicators.
