It is a two-step silane polyethylene insulating material, using high-quality polyethylene resin, adding imported silane coupling agent and initiator to prepare grafted polyethylene (material A),and using high-quality imported organotin catalyst, antioxidant, etc.to prepare catalytic masterbatch(material B).The production uses industry-leading loss-in-weight scales and extruders with uniform and stable formulations and reliable processes. It is used for insulating layer of XLPE cable up to 3kV,insulating layer of overhead insulated cable up to 10kV.It has excellent extrusion performance, fast production speed, high surface finish, stable &reliable physical and chemical indicators.
Property:
Typical values in the table are measured under the condition that the material is fully crosslinked, and if sufficient crosslinking is not achieved, the performance of the material may be different.
Processing:
It is recommended to use a special extruder for polyethylene for processing (length-diameter ratio of 18:1 to25:1), and other equipment needs to be adjusted according to the situation.
-Above temperature is only for reference. It is recommended that customers adjust according to the temperature control of their respective equipment, the current at the time of extrusion, the melting pressure and the actual situation after the cable extrusion. Pay special attention to that materials A and B must be stirred evenly before feeding,so as to ensure the uniformity of warm water crosslinking.
Product packing
Vacuum packing in aluminum foil bags. N.W of material A(23.75±0.05)kg/bag, N.W of material B(1.25±0.005)kg/bag.
Note:
1.The mixture should be used within 8 hours after mixing. The ratio of material A to material B is 95:5.If package of material A is broken, please do not use.Polyethylene masterbatch can be used during processing (need to be dried, moisture content <200ppm)
2.Transportation,stacking and storage should prevent sun, rain and water immersion, etc.,and the storage environment should be clean, dry and ventilated.
3.The best using period is within six months from the date of manufacture.
