2024 Communications Data Cable Sheathing Compound is a high-performance material designed for cables and wires. It utilizes cable XLPE Insulation Compounds technology, which ensures excellent insulation properties and mechanical strength. This material is not only suitable for general cable insulation, but is also particularly suitable for applications requiring high flame retardancy, such as Shielding Insulation Compound for enhanced protection.
These cable sheathing compounds are halogen-free, flame-retardant wire and cable materials that are blended and granulated from high-quality resins, flame retardants, antioxidants, and lubricants. It is halogen-free, does not release toxic gases when burning, and has superior flame-retardant properties, physical and mechanical properties, and good processability. Its temperature resistance grade is 125°C, making it especially suitable for the sheath material of photovoltaic cables, such as Insulation Compound for wire and Thermoplastic Insulation Compound for photovoltaic cables (125ºC) sheaths.
